These two bracelets were listed this week in my Etsy shop.  I am working hard to get as many items completed as possible as I know we are all looking for Christmas gifts.  In addition, there are weddings being planned, birthdays to celebrate, and many other reasons you may want to purchase an item in my online Etsy store.  

Each item that I make is completed by hand in my home and is made to the best of my ability.  If I don't like the way something looks, I start over and/or redo the part that I don't think is up to my standards.  

Both of these new Swarovski beads are gorgeous!  I love the colors and they look beautiful within the bracelets.  

I have vintage and new Swarovski crystal beads within the items in my Etsy store.  I love both.  If you have a personal preference about the lead within the older crystals, then the new Swarovski beads will appeal more to you.  I love them all!

Someone asked me about repairs on my rosaries and I would like to address this question.  As long as someone is willing to pay for the shipping both ways, to my home and back to your address, I will be happy to repair the wire on one of my rosaries or other wire repair items free of charge.  They should not break under normal use but if they are pulled with great strength, anything is possible.  As far as the beads, if one is lost or broken, I can not replace those because many are vintage and limited in supply when I make the item.  I do not keep extra beads after an item is designed and sold.  However, the wire is always available and I'm happy to repair any problems with the wire. Hopefully, that should never be necessary.  :-)

New and Vintage Swarovski Beads

My newest Swarovski Peridot Women's Bracelet

For the last several years, I have been making jewelry, rosaries, and chaplets out of only vintage beads which I collected for over twenty years.  However, I knew the day would come when I would choose to design an item and need a specific color that I no longer had in my collection.  So, I found a certified dealer of Swarovski crystal beads and purchased new, beautiful beads to complete new items before the Christmas season approaches.  

This bracelet was using their beautiful peridot, bicone beads 8mm.  The beauty of Swarovski is so outstanding when it comes to crystal beads!  I am very pleased with the finished product and have several new colors that I will be adding to my store this week.  

I have also ordered Czech beads which I will be using for new rosaries. I will share photos when they arrive and my first new rosary is complete.  I have a large collection of vintage Swarovski beads which I will continue to use in all of my store items. I prefer to use the Swarovski beads for the Our Father beads in my designs and also most, if not all, of my bracelets and other jewelry.

New Bracelets Added Today

Today, I added four new Charm Bracelets to my Etsy store.  The first is made with light blue Swarovski vintage beads.

The next bracelet is a beautiful green vintage Swarovski bracelet and they are all made with Golden Brass wire, using the "unbreakable" wire wrapping technique. They look beautiful as a single bracelet or worn all together.  :-)

New Sterling Silver over Copper Bracelet Wire Wrapped Unbreakable Design

I loved this bracelet so much I almost kept it!  LOL  The beads on this bracelet are vintage and made in Germany.  They are beautiful and the combination of silver and black is gorgeous! 

I used the unbreakable wire wrapping technique and two beads with a spiral, two with wire across the bead, and four that are regular wire wrapped beads. 

As always, my signature Christian charm is included.  On this bracelet, it is an open cross charm.

Christian Vegan & New Bracelets

One of the really nice things about selling on Etsy is the feeling of community between buyers and sellers.  Even though my store is online, there is a sense of knowing those who follow your business.  One of the things that you may not know about me, unless you read the fine print in my About section, is that I am a Christian vegan.  

For those of you who may not know the difference between vegan and vegetarian, vegans do not eat animals products of any kind.  They also do not use items that are made with animal products.  So all items in my store do not have any animal products in them.  For example, I would not use leather for my jewelry items.  

I also have a lot of rescue animals... I have six dogs, a cat, and a parrot.  Most were adopted.  All are getting up into their mature years, which worries me a bit.  The oldest is a parrot and the youngest is a boxer who is 8 years old.  All, as of this moment, are in pretty good shape. 

I plan to offer coupon codes in the near future on this blog site for a discount on my Christian jewelry and rosaries for first time purchasers.  I added two more charm bracelets to my online store, both with a Christian charm.  One with a dove and the other with a cross.  Here is a sample:

Since I am just beginning my online store, I only ship to the USA at this time.  I will get more familiar with shipping to other countries and try and add a few at a time soon.

Etsy Store - New Look - Pattern

Today was one of those stormy days in Central Florida with a potential tropical storm overhead.  So, I decided to try my hand at the new program within Etsy called Pattern.  It allows you to set up a website within the Etsy platform with your own domain name, if you prefer.  I recently purchased the domain name LetOurLightShine.us and so I set up the 30 free trial of Pattern within my shop and LOVE IT! Please check it out and see how different it looks.  I now direct my Etsy store to my own domain name - http://www.letourlightshine.us   (Very pleased!)

In addition to updating my website, I also added another bracelet to my store.  The bracelet is made using the rosary "unbreakable" wire wrap pattern and I made it using gold brass with silver colored accents.  I, personally, like the mixture of metals within my bracelets.  All of my bracelets have a Christian charm and this one has a silver colored cross.  I also use vintage beads because I love the way they look.  Here is a photo below of my newest bracelet:

I never use animal products in my designs because I am a Christian vegan.  I love animals and nature! Everything is made in my smoke-free home.
